I volunteer at the monthly legal clinic held at the Luepke Senior Center in Vancouver and also am a long-time volunteer with the Senior Law Project administered by Legal Aid Services of Oregon. Through these organizations I regularly meet with elderly clients to provide free consultations and on-going pro bono assistance. In 2012, I was co-awarded the Senior Law Project Law Volunteer of the Year through the Multnomah Bar Association.
A graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, I specialize in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guardianships and conservatorships. I am licensed in both Washington and Oregon and practice law in both states. I grew up in Clark County and lived in Portland for 14 years before returning to Vancouver, Washington in January of 2015. I am a member of the elder law, real property, probate & trust, and creditor debtor rights sections of the Washington State Bar and of the elder law and estate planning sections of the Oregon State Bar.
